Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to gslds@prereg.net and received on or before September 3, 2026. All approved refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee, per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after September 4, 2026. All approved refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. If registration materials and badges have been received, you must return all materials to Mid-Continent Dental Congress, c/o Eleventh & Gather, 6840 Meadowridge Ct., Alpharetta, GA 30005.

The Greater St. Louis Dental Society/Mid-Continent Dental Congress reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category. Attendees who register in a category other than the correct attendee category will be changed to the correct registration type and charged the associated fee.
