Assignment of Exhibit Space

Booth space will be assigned beginning May 2026. Mid-Continent Dental Congress cannot guarantee an exhibitor will be assigned any of the space requested, however, every effort will be made to assign booth space in accordance with exhibitor’s preferences. Exhibit space will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis with years of prior participation and current year sponsorships given priority. If two contracts are received on the same day, priority will be given to the company with the longest exhibiting history.
