What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be emailed to gslds@prereg.net and received on or before September 3, 2026. All approved refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after September 3, 2026. All approved refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. If registration materials and badges have been received, you must return all materials prior to receiving an approved refund to MCDC, 170 Depot St., Unit A, Blue Ridge, GA 30513.
Can I register onsite if I didn’t register prior?
Yes! On-site registration on Thursday, September 24, 2026, is from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Is it true that GSLDS member/Affiliate member dentists receive complimentary registration?
Yes! This is an exclusive membership benefit introduced in 2014.
How do I become a GSLDS member or Affiliate member Dentist?
Visit greaterstlouisdentalsociety.org to learn how to become a member. Become a member by September 18, 2026 and enjoy complimentary registration to attend the Mid-Continent Dental Congress!
Does the Mid-Continent offer a hotel convention room block?
Yes! We encourage attendees to stay and play in luxury! Book your reservation at the low convention rate of $189 plus taxes per night at St. Louis Union Station Hotel, AAA Diamond rated. The deadline for convention rate is September 2, 2026. Phoned in hotel reservations, use group code “GDS26”. Click Here to reserve your room and for hotel information.
Will a meeting app be available?
The MCDC meeting app has it all: course locations and times, speaker info, CE certificates, exhibitor listing, maps and more! The meeting app is free and easy to use. It is available 4 weeks prior to MCDC on the app store. Search for “Mid-Continent Dental Congress.”
If I have already registered, do I need to visit the registration desk prior to finding my event room?
No. There is no need to visit the registration desk if you receive your registration materials in the mail. You may proceed directly to your course room listed on the back of your badge.
Where can I find my course rooms when I arrive?
A detailed map of course rooms will be available onsite.
If someone registered for the meeting and can no longer attend, can you substitute the name and events registered for to another person at no additional fee?
No transfers of name badges or events will be allowed.
Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?
Registrations received online or by mail by September 7, 2026, will be mailed. Registrations received after this date will be processed and available for onsite pickup at registration.
I haven’t received my badge(s) in the mail, and I registered online or by mail by September 7, 2026. What do I do?
If you haven’t received your registration materials in the mail by the week prior to the convention, please contact the registration company at gslds@prereg.net or 678-341-3048 to notify them. Please plan to arrive at St. Louis Union Station at least 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your first class to allow plenty of time for your badges to reprinted at the Registration Desk. There will be a separate line at the Registration Desk for existing attendees only this year to help speed the process and get you on your way to class.
I’m a dental student; do I pay a registration fee?
No. Dental Students and Dental Graduate Students are offered complimentary registration. A copy of your 2026 student ID must accompany registrations. Registrations are only accepted by mail or on-site.
What do I do if I lose my badge?
A replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged for lost badges. Badges must always be worn. You will not be allowed to enter any event without one; the back of the badge will list all events for which you are registered and will serve as your ticket to attend event(s).

Where do I park when I arrive to St. Louis Union Station, and will there be a fee?
Convention Discounted Parking Rates
$15 Event Daily Self-Parking – South Parking Lot
$34 Event Overnight Self-Parking – West Parking Lot
$50 Valet Overnight Parking – Main Grand Hall entrance, on East-bound Market Street
Discounted vouchers will not be provided.
We ask attendees to follow the instructions below. Neither the Mid-Continent Dental Congress nor parking lot company are liable for attendees who do not follow the instructions below and incur fees above the discounted parking rates.
Attendees not staying at hotel – required to park in the SOUTH Parking Lot
- Enter from Market Street on 18th Street. Parking lot is on right.
Attendees will pay daily as they enter the lot. Be sure to inform the attendant you are attending MCDC today so you can be charged correctly.
Hotel Guests – required to park in the WEST Parking Lot.
- Enter Market Street on 20th. Parking Lot is on the right.
Parking fees will be included on the attendee’s hotel invoice. Attendants will be directing any attendees that are not hotel guests to the South Lot. Hotel guests will be provided with a pass upon checkout to use when they exit the lot. Hotel guests can obtain a comp pass from the front desk to freely enter and exit the hotel parking lot during their stay without incurring additional parking fees.
Will there be a designated lactation room at the Mid-Continent?
Yes, a lactation room will be available both days at St. Louis Union Station in Zephyr Rocket room located on the second floor.
Can I add events if I already registered?
Yes! Events may be added online by logging in using your account number. Onsite, you must visit the registration desk before the event begins.
Can I switch events I registered for onsite?
Onsite transfers will only be allowed before an event begins.
How do I receive CE credit for courses I registered for and attend?
A 4-digit code will be provided for attendees at the completion of courses. CE verification certificates may be obtained on the meeting app or online here.
Will there be a social event during the Mid-Continent?
Yes! MCDC Laugh Lab will be held at St. Louis Union Station on Thursday from 6:30 – 9:00 pm. A very special comedy performance by Dr. Brady Smith! Dr. Brady brings his own brand of humor to the table, with a mix of brutally honest life stories, outrageous tales from the dental trenches, and a knack for turning the mundane into the absurd, he delivers a comedy experience that’s raw, relatable, and absolutely hilarious. Dr. Brady combines his love of dentistry, philanthropy, and irreverent humor into a one of-a-kind style that leaves audiences in stitches. Prepare to laugh until your face hurts. When can I visit the exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall?
The Midway Exhibit Hall will be open Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday, September 25, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. There will be an Attendee Happy Hour in the hall on Thursday from 4:30 – 6:00 pm offering complimentary appetizers and drinks. In addition, almost every course will have a 30-minute mandatory break in both mornings and afternoons. Complimentary food, coffee and/or iced tea will be served during each break.
If I don’t stay in an event I registered for in its entirety, can I receive partial CE credit?
No partial CE given for an event not fully completed; you will forfeit any CE credit for that event.
Can I bring my spouse or family member if she/he is not in the dental profession?
Yes, we encourage you to do so! Union Station offers many fun, family friendly activities! Family of registered dentists who are not in the dental field may register at no charge and attend events as their guests. Family must register prior to convention; onsite family registrations are not offered. No CE can be earned in this category.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual; please feel free to be comfortable and wear comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.
I don’t need CE, and I just want to visit the Exhibit Hall, what can I do?
You may register for Exhibits Only, available only to dentists/staff. Exhibits Only registration is not available onsite so be sure to register prior to the convention date.
Where can I get coffee during the Mid-Continent?
Starbucks coffee will be available for purchase in the hotel market, which will open on both days at 6:00 am. The Travelin Toms coffee truck will also be onsite by the 20th street entrance from 7:00 am-9:00 am. We will also have complimentary coffee at our morning breaks, beginning at 9:30 am.
Where can I eat lunch during the Mid-Continent?
You will not need to leave St Louis Union Station for lunch. A complete list of onsite restaurants below
